As a medium-sized company, a major challenge on this path is selecting the right technologies and integrating them into our existing business processes. 

Data protection and IT security are important aspects that we pay particular attention to in order to stay one step ahead of cyber criminals.

In addition to fair competition, open dialogue with our customers, suppliers and other stakeholders is very important to us. Because only an exchange based on partnership creates trust.

With regard to our corporate sustainability performance, we are currently planning to publish a report in accordance with the German Sustainability Code (DNK) for the first time in 2025. This report will comprehensively present all key activities and their impact. At the same time, we want to create an opportunity for comparison with other medium-sized companies.

As social responsibility does not end at the factory gate, we have summarised our sustainability-oriented values in the Noris Code of Conduct. This is binding for our employees and all those who work on behalf of Noris. It also expressly includes our partners and suppliers.

Regardless of whether you work for us or not, we encourage you to report known or suspected violations of laws or Noris regulations within the company and along the supply chain.
