Speed sensors of type FAH13 are non-contacting one- or two-channel speed encoders with a stainless steel threaded tube. They measure frequency in accordance with the Hall-effect principle. The sensor can be optimised either for scanning pulse gear and surfaces with regular breaks or for detecting and monitoring the 0Hz range.
