Field service engineer (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- after training in Netherlands and Germany you will perform services to our customers worldwide
- you will be part of the worldwide NORIS service organization
- after a while you will also commission new systems and carry the responsibility of a good hand-over including instructions to customer
- you will answer technical questions of our customers and representatives
- you will be responsible for the administration and reports of the service works performed
- you take care of the instruments and tools provided by NORIS
Your profile:
- education in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or likewise
- experience in the shipbuilding industry is advisable but if you just finished school you’re also welcome
- basic skills in PLC’s, Control Systems, PC’s and electronics in general
- knowledge of Dutch and English language in both word and written, German language advisable
- representative, service orientated, customer friendly and level-headed in stressful situations
- good communications skills and not a 9 to 5 mentality
- willing to work worldwide and open to other cultures
- inside the organisation you’re a teamplayer and show initiatives
- “good is not good enough” you’re always willing to learn and improve yourself
- you have a drivers licence
- Living in The Netherlands mandatory - preferably in a 50km range of Alblasserdam
