Felix Weiss is the new Managing Director of our subsidiary NORIS Automation Rostock. Collectively with Uwe Ulrich, he will temporarily form a dual leadership before Uwe Ulrich will leave the company at the end of the year. Felix Weiss already offers a lot of experience as former sales manager of the marine department in Nuremberg.

Not only is the impressive lighthouse of Warnemünde a few hundred metres away from his new workplace, thanks to the welcome gift he can have a look at it in the office. "The lighthouse has a symbolic meaning for me. It´s a guide - back to the safe haven. This is exactly how I wish to never lose sight of my goals, even in challenging times.”
